For the first time at ReginaInChina we make a parallel reporting. Regina was in Germany and not in China, where Stephan was the last weeks but 2.5 weeks. Everything clear now? If not, write a mail. The beginning of the separate stories was the business lounge at Pudong Airport and 4 Taitais..... As the Ladies enjoyed the Red wine (and Sprite, but not at the same time), the Tiger started getting warm with the Orang Utan. Currently all Lufthansa flights leaving China has a delay of 1-2 hours. Nobody knows exactly why, maybe the wrong officer was bribed or not bribed. This means that the 12.5hrs flight to Frankfurt feels even longer. But flying business class can minimize the damage. For the night in Germany I was able to get myself invited next to Hockenheim, which was very convenient. Also the walk early next morning in the winter wonderland showed the difference to China. Blue Sky, white snow, fresh air and a real forest..... Only Tigger thought, that he's still in the pearl market in Suzhou. He got earrings pierced and found a girlfriend within 5 minutes. Since then we've got two pet animals. The target for the Germany stay was to sort out the house and find a tenant. Sounds pretty easy, so let's start with sorting out. 5 days and 15 sacks of used clothes later it was pretty clear to me, that it's not really necessary to keep 21 years old math scripts. Additional there were mountains of paper waste, a couple of cubic meters of bulky refuse and a lot of stiff over muscles. What used to be our guest room is now re-organized to a warehouse. Everything for the container which will be shipped some when to China is stored there. As soon as Stephan knows, which contract he signs and where we're going to live from September onwards. Next to the work load there was still time to celebrate the real important things like birthdays within the family. If there is somebody out there who thinks, that only the Asian people know, how to arrange fruits - well, also in Swabian there are some people knowing what to do with it. Lukas started to train the chinese picture gesture, let's see if he's getting rid of it again until his komunion. Maybe some of you already sneaked on Facebook and found out, that I've been to a necklace making workshop. That's some kind of preparation for the Taitai survival in China. But how is such a necklace made? You can combine 2 already existing necklaces to a new one (pimping it with some golden Roses) or you buy some beads and creates a totally new necklace. Obviously supervised by Sandra. Easter Monday Stephan
arrived in Germany. I picked him up at the Airport in Frankfurt and
yes, also this plane was nearly two hours delayed. But on the way to
Frankfurt i managed to have an stop over at the relatives near
Nürnberg. Stalking on stilts and beautify the side walk with chalk is one of the spring activities in Germany only. Never seen this before in China. Our good old Swedish steel wagon is now also for sale. A last overnight stay of Matthias and that's it. The last German Volvo is gone, but this is a completely different story..... |
